Open to most types of RE including land/SFH/MF/Commercial RE as long as its mostly passive, and can meet most investment minimums/accredited investor.

The "DTI" is generally used in consumer loans (like a mortgage for a house) and "DSCR" are used with commercial loans.

That fund has distributed 6% since inception (quarterly) and invests primarily in commercial (not residential) RE.

Hi,For those who buy/sell commercial real estate, I had a quick question.

I have worked as a commercial project manager, have done live in flips, and have built my own house but I have no record as a builder.

There's a 500 sqft commercial space with a bathroom in the front of the building that doesn't really payoff to rent out due to the costs associated with it.

I would also suggest contacting an exprienced Attorney who handles commercial properties.  

Alot of the training teaches you about apps, and events coming in the future that are really commercials because ofcourse you have to pay extra for them. they have so many different parts and systems for instance I just found out today that the one on one coaching i thought I signed up for where they fund you deals and you split 50/50 has 3 parts.
