How did you manage your portfolio while still being clinically busy?

I graduate next year with my BSN  after that my goal is to more education so I can hopefully open my own clinic.

I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

I have a vacant office space that I think would work really well for a doctor or a dentist.It's in a blue collar part of town, and it would be a great place for a medicaid clinic.  

After I got my AA- I went to massage therapy school, got my certificate and went to work in a physical therapy clinic.

I think that was a little literary freedom calling auditors "PI"s.

You may also want to talk with an attorney, legal aid organization, tenant-landlord program, or housing clinic about whether the landlord may be responsible for other costs that you may incur because of the loss of the rental unit.If you give the landlord a holding deposit when you submit the rental application, but the landlord does not accept you as a tenant, the landlord must return your entire holding deposit to you.

@Michael Bowie I'm on call 8am to 6pm M-F and 10-2 Sat at a medical clinic to do pre-employment drug screens, most are people going to work at the refinery.

We have a diverse businesses community employing tenants with companies like Medtronic, Boston scientific, 3M, General Mills, Best buy, Target, Amazon, Us Bank, Ecolab, Mayo Clinic, and Cargill.
