I have a lot of experience with STRs being a superhost for over 10 years and I believe I can bring in 200k for these houses combined. 

I know what exactly it takes to obtain a post-construction permit to bring any un permitted structure into compliance.

I pay $119 a year to bring my coverage up to about $4 million.

Our goal with this policy is to accomplish several things: - Encourage these "wholesalers" to bless some other real estate investing community with their presence- Stop the SPAM- Offset the several hundred thousand dollars per year in costs that spammers, too often "wholesalers" bring to the platform. 

Mind you, it's never wrong to bring any piece of information to the table but it's a good things to help putting it into perspective.

Did they bring in new furniture (eg bed, couch) or go on a trip recently?

. - you have dozens of local agents who can market the property for you and bring you a buyer- you are listing in a desirable area with low-inventory - you are not in a rush to sell

The conversation, as well as this decision, left me wondering how many insureds are denied policy coverage and cannot afford to bring a suit against the insurer and are unable to recover their loss.
