Only being 38 units doesn’t really bother me if you live somewhat near the facility, but the sizes of the units bothers me.

I use only Airbnb because it works super well in my market (we stay at 88-92% occupancy using just Airbnb, so I haven't even bothered to mess with VRBO).

I wouldn't bother, however, with any of the above.

I don't bother anymore with parents as a co-signer.I am not concerned about private vs public.

If it really bothers them they will move.RE and population do not mean much - people travel to where work and family are.
