I'm making around 20 cold calls a day on FSBO's offering full price on terms and discounted cash offers to those with higher equity but every seller believes they can get full price or more because they say "houses are flying off the market in my neighborhood" or "I have no doubt that it's going to sell soon".

This is not being cold, it is simply managing risk. 

Michigan and Ohio...despite the cold weather, are bouncing back into the industrial powerhouses that they once were. 100's of engineering jobs to land back in Detroit soon.

I was told there were something like 1500+ agents in Asheville area alone... hopefully I can avoid cold calling up every office in the area and setting up meetings to feel each one out.
