Numerous ways assets can, legally and illegally be placed beyond the reach of judgement creditors.

Connie this is not true.. there about 15 states that require state license and NMLS in CA you can do HML with a RE Broker license legally.. 

There was no Fidelity custody, there was no bank approved custody, there was no Elon Musk tweeting, etc.

They’ll handle setting up your legal entity and obtaining your EIN (Employer Identification Number).

The ex-owner had no legal grounds as an unlawful detainer so the eviction went through and they were out.
