We fly up regularly so our young kids can see cousins& grandparents, and when we do, we end up typically renting a short term rental in costal Maine large enough to accommodate the whole family.

Here are a few points of information:Construction prices are high in area ($300+/sf)Site can accommodate slab on grade and utilities (water/sewer/electric) are at streetTargeting 3br/2.5 bath (maybe 1 car garage).

We have a great local BP meetup here in Asheville, twice per month to accommodate schedule challenges.

It ensures they are treated fairly and that their disability is accommodated for but they are still subject to rent increases, lease violations, and even eviction.Treat them like a regular person (honestly, fairly, and according to the law) and you'll be fine.

You will be judged on whether this is a reasonable accommodation if it were to go to court so tread lightly on this one. 

Otherwise, the wholesalers would need to restructure the deal to accommodate for your financing. 

I manage 100+ STRs here but none that could accommodate that many puppers.

Completed a full renovation on this house & redesigned the layout to accommodate two bedrooms.
