I have been eyeing Las Vegas recently, and Arizona a while back. 

Those of us with students, always go through the following list with the potential student to see what best fits the person asking for guidance. I teach items 4 – 9, especially items 7 – 9 but others teach items 1 -3....

squatters are in for a rude awaking .I posted about what Las Vegas has allowed to happen to squatters  IE using private security to boot them out military style.

IMHO,  whats important is to walk the property, otherwise, you are taking a vegas gamble with not being able to see the inside. 

Just like any vacation spot, some are looking for deals, some want an experience and some want location..Just think Vegas, you can stay off strip and Uber in or stay at the Bellagio and be in the middle of it all with high end everything.

My wife and I started a Coaching company and added Bookkeeping Services to it, in order to grow more.Then we bought a Candle business using Seller Finance, which wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for BP, and now there is a section to help others learn more about being able to do this!

If I ever needed the money I could withdraw it tax free, but it literally would not affect me if the value fell 20-30-40% if the income remained  (ps  I’ve been  invested in Vegas since 1999.

He seems like a great, trustworthy guy and I even spoke with one of the people he coaches, Peyman Parsi, who seemed very knowledgeable and legit.
