What I also like is that the courses are dynamic, so it changes with the times...trends, laws, tax code, new strategies...unlike my undergrad and graduate education that I gained over 10 years ago and tens of thousands of dollars...international business has changed so much, but I'm not getting the updated changes now am I?

Funny you bring up thinking outside the box because today I read that the same college will be expanding there graduate programs and so the increase in grad students will most likely off-set the reduction in the undergrad population..

NRV is strong, but if you’re going into it looking for specific cash flow numbers it’s historically tight ... and rents are still kept somewhat low due to how much undergrad rental inventory there is.
