Install a Nest or Ecobee thermostat along with Bluetooth keyless deadbolt locks. 

I’m wondering if a Nest or other “smart” thermostat may be able to provide some type of data output that could then help me in dividing the oil usage between the two tenants??

(As stated by the responding plumber) The thermostat was kept at 70 degrees as it always is when Anna leaves.

I put in a couple 7 day programmable thermostats to take a step toward a more efficient house; each unit only has one thermostat.

Abridged list:- Before moving i removed my Nest thermostat, and hired them to install a different one. 

I go to evaluate every issue unless it can be trouble shooted from the phone (“I can’t get my thermostat up to 75.”

They were supposed to change a light bulb and the battery in the thermostat.

Can you have 2 separate thermostats?

And I have a Honeywell thermostat that is wifi, that just has a few basic options of moving the temp up or down or resuming the schedule, which is all I need.
