With 6 it is pretty clear but what if it is 4, two adults in one bedroom and two teenagers, a boy and one girl in the other?

We are Atlanta's little teenage brother growing up (fast) We are all lucky to be in a booming city basically still many years of growth left I have to disagree on this being a good buy and hold market on most markets.

The conversion may have been approved but a family looking to rent a 4 bedroom may have teenage kids and need more than 2 cars in the driveway. 

Also, my kids go to that school district, and the extra space will come in handy when they're teenagers.

the tenant finally got it when the sheriff showed up at the door at 8 am on a Tuesday morning and gave the tenant and his teenage son 10 minutes to gather whatever they could and get out; we actually pulled them out of bed. 

She and her teenage son are living with a friend, and have recently left an abusive relationship.

I wish I had the foresight to start investing as a teenager.  

I am new to this, working toward retirement, with a teenage son who has aspirations in the real estate profession. 

(Actually, I should be working on my college apps instead of posting this...)Coming from a teenager's point of view, I feel that the financial numbers of putting money into college and hoping for a good return just doesn't add up.
