I have heard that they are different real estate strategies, but some people say it is possible to implement both strategies on a single property.If you did use both strategies on one real estate investment, how did you use both strategies on that investment?

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I couldn't save enough money for a down payment on my first real estate investment.

You, the borrower, should know that the three major private/hard money loan requirements are credit score, reserves, and real estate experience.Just be aware of that.

Funny story, but actually one of our MTR tenants is an interim VP for Cone hospital who is in charge of their real estate development acquisition department.

I'm just gonna say as a investor most real estate agents are used to closing deals with either cash or conventional.
