@Charles WorthI meant on the investors side but I did a bit of research and it looks like a big difference is that a person must be an accredited investor before being able to invest in Patch of Land.

Apparently I'm related to an African prince and inherited millions of dollars.

@Charles Worth  not only that they are not always right... :)  I bought global crossing because Gates owned a big stake in the company... well it went out of business within a few years.

Also, the property will be located within Prince Georges County, Maryland (or PG County) which is right outside or alongside of Washington, DC.
