Hi everyoneI'm a new investor looking at branching out to Orlando and surrounding areas currently having a hard time finding  a good real Estate agent willing to work with me a Canadian investor can anyone recommend a good real estate agent that works with investors. 

For example, 3 years ago, nobody was interested in Chicago, Orlando, Memphis, Cleveland, Austin, Philadelphia and other 2nd tier cities and now we have been closing multiple deals in those cities.

I wish Success in Jacksonville ,  there is a say in my culture " your home land is where you find  affluent live "  I think your children will love being there giving the close distance to Orlando .

I'm currently renovating a 3-unit property in Downtown Orlando.

For example, the main greeting says "If you called about the house in East Orlando, press 1, if you called about the house in Sanford, press 2, If you called about the house in Lakeland, press 3".
