Google is all about the users experience and constantly changes their search algorithms to make searches as laser targeted as possible so you dont type in real estate foreclosure and end up at Captain Mikes Seafood Hut....PPC is not a big mystery, read googles/yahoos rules and watch the tutorials and thats all you need.

I've put in bids on houses that have sat for months without any offers and suddenly after I put in my bid, it would mysteriously have multiple bids.

@David Dachtera, that's avoiding the question by sprinkling some meaningless platitudes and making assumptions about the person asking the question.No shame in charging for education but I've found that when pricing is a mystery that needs to be discovered only after demonstrating my willingness to spend, it's best to stay away.

Further, you knew the Seller was mysteriously uncooperative, yet you closed anyway.

I think I was right about them wanting to move for reasons unrelated to this mystery non-problem.
