Google is all about the users experience and constantly changes their search algorithms to make searches as laser targeted as possible so you dont type in real estate foreclosure and end up at Captain Mikes Seafood Hut....PPC is not a big mystery, read googles/yahoos rules and watch the tutorials and thats all you need.

@David Dachtera, that's avoiding the question by sprinkling some meaningless platitudes and making assumptions about the person asking the question.No shame in charging for education but I've found that when pricing is a mystery that needs to be discovered only after demonstrating my willingness to spend, it's best to stay away.

hope you like it...as far as numbers, purchased for 35,500sold for 81,000 with no concessionsas far as rehab numbers, that'll remain a mystery, although i will say i'm happpy with the numbers :)
