because we all have attachment to this property in some way , for people who watched the show practicaly lived  in this home and it would be an experience to walk this property that you grew up in but never lived there and the so many memories.

Mike you know me old school.. in my day tenant did not pay we took the front door off and turned off the utls  LOL  I guess you cant do that anymore.but I grew up in the bay area and I am not sure when rent control came in but it was DECADES ago.. in SF and Berkley .. and MHP s had very very strict rules and rent control.. so those markets still flourished..

I grew up in the worst parts of Miami-gardens/Opa Locka and lived in Overtown in my early 20s.The people who ran into trouble were the actual renters than the management LLCs (usually smart slumlords that used multi-structured shells to minimize liabilities).I've witnessed more evictions in the nicer parts of Miami than in Miami-Gardens and Over-town ( the only time I've witnessed a low-income tenant being evicted in Over-town was when my neighbor was stabbed/beaten multiple times and the scumlord management company issued an eviction notice 1 day and 14 hours later).
