Hey BP Community - I've been watching for a while and see lots of activity in Madison, Milwaukee and Green Bay, Wisconsin.

I'm about to need a General Contractor for doing basic rehabs in Madison and it's closer suburbs (carpets, fixtures, appliances, painting, as well as helping to determine what other more major work might need to be done before purchase).Any good recommendations?  

Huntsville, Athens, Madison, Hazel Green, Meridianville and other close cities to Huntsville are great.

Madison is close to Decatur and has more jobs with a higher wage and the rents are a lot higher.
