I'm in Denver but I am looking at a few properties where I will be moving in the next year, Savannah or Knoxville area (I'm still working on figuring that piece out).

Also, the countless relationships I have with people in all 4 major markets (Nashville, Knoxville, Memphis, and Chattanooga) "Apartment Associations" could come in handy for any attendees of these meetups.

I haven't found any local hard money lenders yet so I'm considering my only option may be to extend my search radius to Knoxville or Nashville (~100 miles away).
