Just sayinThere is a difference between, informing people of something good or bad, and just crapping and being negative.But come on, we both know we know the difference right?

I’ve only been given the information the marketer provided, and some of those numbers appear inflated.

I think it's great as it includes warranty information for appliances, type of hvac filter, light bulbs and general maintenance etc 

Most of the information is out there for free. 

They offer invaluable insights into neighborhoods, regulations, tenant demographics, and market conditions—information you can't get from books or podcasts.The good news is that working with an investment team typically comes at no extra cost.

First, they believe that subject to transactions somehow “trick” the lender by not informing the lender of the title transfer.

To say I am shocked is an understatement.Finally, when I sought out their tax strategy services, I specifically asked in the informational meeting if I wasn't acting a little prematurely, and if I should wait for my partner and I to be married in 2024 before making this investment, i.e. if tax strategizing would pay for itself in 2023 via significant tax refunds.
