We had a title overlay that mentioned our Instagram account and they denied it. 

My very first day of contacting landlords I received a "nasty gram" from Craigslist saying they would not forward any more of my emails for 48hrs.

Now of course, although I have truly head this tale more than once from mortage brokers, I am aware this is a generalization.

This is an old wives tale.

It will show tell tale signs of problems starting to happen you might not see.

My all time favorite quote that literally put words to what I think success is and now is my motto that I have written everywhere - "Success is the fulfillment of potential" I saw it a few months back on Instagram by a business guy Andy Frisella I think his name was.

Again, personally, I think it looks fine--on the side of the house--if there is a tiny bit of tell-tale evidence of the old window, if it's done well and professionally, and I don't think it compromises the architectural integrity inside or out.
