They started out investing in hotels in the 80's and switched to B & C value-add apartments in the 2000's.

I've invested in MFR, office buildings and even a hotel and have learned a ton just listening to the offering webinars.

There are plenty of rentals in Aurora, Naperville, and a couple in Oswego but none specifically in Montgomery that I can find.There are a couple of hotels in the area, which shows there is at least some demand for stay in the area.What are people's thoughts/experiences on this?

That was their choice.I didn’t offer to pay for a hotel room and they didn’t ask.

The casino/hotel industry has really pushed into the convention industry more than gaming for some time now as a means to diversify.
