I don't want to say some wholesalers are being greedy with their fee, but that's what it seems like, especially when they only do double closes.So, I was thinking about actually trying out my first flip in a different market.

And through the process i learned so much, from talking to the sellers, to presenting a deal to a cash buyers,and then to the closing table...And through that I had bumps and bruises and angry callers, to sounding like a complete idiot talking to sellers,deals fall apart at the closing table, horrible mailing campaings, spending marketable dollars getting nothing in return... but through it all Thats where i got my knowledge...Your goal should be focused towards using wholesaling to get you the capital you need to either buy your first rental property or your first fix and flip property.....Do honest business, and dont be greedy when selling to your buyers. and most importantly jump in and dont let any discourage you on this site or anywhere else.

They will likely walk you through the basics in an attempt to get your business.Final thought, I have heard several experienced syndicators say they went out of their way to not be greedy on their first syndication so they would perform very well and thus have the investors clamoring for more deals.
