In those places, it tends to make more financial sense to move into heavily shared housing, endure discomfort, and pay the minimum possible rent while saving up your money for your investments, especially if you find a way to live very near where you work in order to be able to minimize or eliminate transportation expenses, the second-largest expense of the American household.And then, there are most places, places not like the extremes in housing-cost cases that Steel Valley in Pennsylvania or Silicon Valley in California represent.

Finding a new tenant may be a pain/costly but this guy could give you a lot more grief/pain then you would endure tenant screening again.

So dont "imply" it then.Just tell them you are not happy and you are leaving a review after all of this is over so noone else has to endure what you are going through.

I moved into a situation like that, but they began doing major work after the first month and I had to endure it for an entire year.

Im sure the credit institutions understand the effects that we all endure....To add fuel to the fire, what would happen to these large mullti- families if one becomes known as a large carrier for a pandemic virus?

I'm heartbroken over the fear and death of loved ones and stress people are and will be enduring for some time.
