If its an area with more modest but still well-maintained properties but a slightly lower income area (more factory or other blue collar workers, but still stably employed) then you're looking at more of a B- neighborhood.

Right now, it seems very cost effective and profitable to do this using a pre-fabricated home... where the materials are cut in a factory, then shipped to the job site, and the home is stick-built on site.
