The biggest issue is the houses sell as UNfurnished.It would require a $30-40k downpymt to buy these houses but then another $30-40k to decorate & furnish them nicely (this includes all furniture up to & including window treatments, hot tub, etc.

But if I go a little farther away from town I could find a deal for around 100k for the same size house....Having said that the house might not be designed or decorated a well as the other.

We have had food catered, painting/wine events, Christmas decorating contest, Halloween costume contests and any other event you can think of.

I did some research after that and found out the following: the unit was dated (bad decor), managed and advertised by the owner on VRBO.
