I do check the title report....but escrow/title companies (Chicago, First American, Old Republic, etc...) fund tons of mortgage loans everyday and if the escrow instructions say for my lien to be in 1st position or it doesn't fund, I would think this would happen.  

For instance, we tithe as a corporation (10% of business profits) and use that $ to  build several houses per year in the Dominican Republic and Mexico.

This changes the face of the country from a republic of people control to a socialist one of government control.I do believe that the problems actually started to rear their heads because of one party controlling almost all aspects of the checks and balances of government and thereby pushing their policies through without any opposition.
