@Gary JohnsonSome anonymous neighborhood rating is far less important to me than my understanding of a particular area, the particular street the property is on, the neighbors, the curb appeal.

I would ask my insurance company to take care of it and keep me posted but anonymous and uninvolved.

Reason I am creating this structure so, in case of any happening, my assets are protected.Also keeping anonymity so my name doesn't shows on legal entity and use these entities for taxes. 

I started out anonymously managing my own properties.

To my knowledge New Mexico and maybe a few other states allow full anonymous LLCs.

After some research, they are trusts and keep anonymity so you won’t know who owns them.Did I understand that correctly?

LLC's offer some benefits such as asset protection and anonymity but if you don't structure them correctly, it can all fall back on to you.
