Hey Cooper,Kingsway West and Academy can be dangerous areas... the Delmar divide is a general rule of thumb, north of Delmar is rundown while south of the street is a lot nicer.

Mini splits are very common everywhere but in North America.

I ended up buying a duplex in North Andover, only 30 min drive from the city.

Being recently from SD, I can guess that both those houses are well north of $1 mil, prob closer to $2 mil?
