It's not big enough to build on and ends up just being a storage area, so it runs about half the value of the other buildable area.The other, is a larger lot that has a stream and woods at the rear, a great retreat and private area.

Bottom line: There is no free or paid guaranteed system to make money.Anyone who thinks they’re going to get “all of the real estate secrets” in a free seminar, 3 day weekend retreat, etc. just has horrible expectations.

While it would be a more work, maybe you can try to attract shorter term retreat groups, church trips, temporary workers etc??

We've also had quite a few Yoga instructors inquire for Yoga retreats, although none have pulled the trigger yet. 

had to go pick up the seller and deliver him to escrow  LOL  and then he proceeded to do yoga in the waiting room.. whilst we waited for the escrow officer to call us into the meeting room  ..
