Hey Everyone,Along the way in my exhaustive quest for good, credible and useful information pertaining to Ontario Landlord and Tenant matters, I came across a blog, written by a Residential Landlord and Tenant Lawyer in Ottawa, Michael Thiele.He has a variety of blog posts that will give you some good, accurate information on landlord-tenant matters from a legal perspective.  

Its exhausting.....6.

If you feel you've exhausted all avenues of learning than I would go the guru route.  

I asked myself the same question, which is how much rental growth can the area withstand?

(grin)The PLUS of a two door is the air flow and need less exhaust fan to dry out during and after shower times.All I see in the change is your making the bath smaller and taking bath closet for master space. 

There are others that may argue that because they are lucky to not have the negative aspects of being a landlord which is an exhaustive list.

Here I thought I had exhausted all those.   

It was exhausting but we felt like we learned a lot.We are very interested in developing a fixer upper business.
