I know a few friends who are still ol skool but Zoom Call is the common theme now

@Joseph CacciapagliaI see that theme on BP alot- SFH are typical to start out in and simpler, but over time investors gravitate towards MFH and wish they started there.

There are ETFs/REITS that track hospitality, restaurants, theme parks...As Warren Buffet famously says "Risks comes from not knowing what you are doing"An aside, I don't get all the hate on stock buybacks.

Dallas market is shifting towards buyers market and i might be having FOMO but I have been wanting to buy a primary residence for i am newly wed.

After running her name through google, I find out there is a wedding website setup for her and her fiance - the guy who owns the property, and both have their FB pages full of recent loving hugging photos, so clearly they aren't separated.
