I still need paint, carpet new linoleum in the kitchen and tub/surround in the bathroom and it'll be ready to rent.I've got a HELOC on this house which helps tremendously.

HB has definitely changed since when I initially moved there in the late 90s and the last couple years have been especially crazy with all the development throughout the city, as well as the escalating prices (along with congestion, traffic, etc).
