I have been busy with some major transitions since the August meetup.  

My plan is to live in the house for about two years, possibly engaging in month-to-month house hacking during that time before transitioning to long-term renting.

Have you made the transition to two fridges or had the one been operating just fine for your ratio of tenants?

Investors often underestimate the demands of transitioning a house to a home. 

I am moving to Oahu with my girlfriend and we want to take this opportunity to transition from renters to homeowners and from consumers to investors where through house hacking we would end each month cashflow positive.

This has been our exit plan to transition to fewer doors.
