Seems we have some decent traffic from Pensacola and surrounding area people on here. 

I personally wont even consider Balto city  , taxes , crime and schools .You would need an agent in every area , An agent from Pasadena Md isnt goint to check out a property in Beltsville md , with traffic its 1  1/2 hours one way . 

. ;-) We looked at Santa Barbara, Newport Beach, Oceanside, & La Jolla before deciding we didn't like the traffic, the prices of properties and the taxes.

When UCLA forecasts this stuff it is pretty detailed and even considers airport traffic, port traffic, warehouse and office availabilty, developers and more if you are interested in that stuff they do that quarterly. 

The traffic there is horrible and more and more people are finding residency within the CBD areas and that means condos.

You may also want to consider building a network on Linkedin and re-posting your blogs there to help drive traffic to your site.

Harrisburg, Lancaster, and York can be a hike depending on traffic.

All I knew was that it was far enough away from Tampa to not have to pay Tampa prices or deal with Tampa traffic, and close enough that I could pop down there whenever I needed. 

I don't care if its a reverse commute you can get random traffic on 93 anytime anywhere. 

The number of times I've driven I-5 through Tacoma in the rain, convinced me long ago that there are better places to be spending my time than fighting traffic.
