I sent you a connection request  Ill shoot u a message kylie,  transactional lenders charge 1%  so on a 250k deal you would pay them 2500.00 thats the going rate today. 

There’s several things I would recommend but here’s a quick summary:1) furniture does not add value to the appraisal value - a a financed buyer if buying your property at or above its appraisal value is going to have to pay out of pocket.2) it comes down to marketing, and I can go over that in much more length than I can here in text.  

On occasion I might ask a client to use my personal email to get a message to me more quickly.I tend to agree though that a business email account comes across as far more professional and it can still have a personal [email protected]

I am just curious if its worth messaging these people and if I do should be worried about potential scams?
