Hi @Michael Kotyk, I used to have a subscription to Propstream (I am an agent now so I no longer need it since I have MLS access).

http://taxsales.lgbs.com/  and also several subscription services like foreclosehouston.com and realacquisitons.com offer better formatted lists that you can search, sort and even do mailouts to.  

Buy the BP Pro subscription.
