I don’t think any specific trend has been set yet by the new rule changes and I don’t predict it will head all one way or another.

Seems to be the trend so do our best to fight it but be prepared to pivot as required.

When I ask for reasons I get cost of living, quality of live, moderate climate, fresh water access, no natural disasters and moving back to where they were from.From what I can see the trend to the Midwest is steadily increasing, but by no means as big as moving south.
