Had the vendor spray every inch of the area with mold killer just to put the tenant at ease.Got a call from the city inspector 30 min later who said the tenants were concerned for their safety.

@Jingwen Dunford I hear you, I'd like to outsource landscaping for my rentals too but I have yet to find a cost effective option so I mow, trim and spray myself and keep the plants and flowers beds to a minimum lol.

Then I empty/ clean them out, bleach or spray killz all over, board them up, keep the grass cut and wait for the next season and flip them for 20k+ Or often times hold and rehab if the crowd has changed.
