The 4 plex I purchased is brand new.  

All of the advice given by previous commenters is good but if you are brand new and are paralyzed by overwhelming information and having trouble getting forward momentum, this could be a great fit for you.

Google Ray Kroc, I’ll bet you’ll find his strategy is the reason why McDonalds is an international brand worth billions...

I'm assuming you are paying for that kitchen because it looks brand new. 

@Cory J ThorntonIn Reno, NV some of the best deals on the market are actually brand new Class A properties. 

And since everything is brand new, I won't have any capex for years - AND they cash flow!
