It is us, as society to blame for allowing it to happen because health care, for the most part in today's reality cannot be profitable if you have to provide services to people who cannot afford it and use it most frequently.

Studies done by behavioral economists show that people get more lasting satisfaction from experiences than from material possessions.In addition to the reason given above above, I would like home prices to go down for one more reason: I think our society has created a "moral-hazard" favoring bubbles.

Laws, governments, societies are instituted so that some semblance of civility can be obtained.

Free education, medical, insurance etc is just plain unsustainable in any society.

Different societies have different systems that fit them at certain period in history.

And people still believe that the government is the answer to societies ills, especially the Economy and Health Care!

Older homes may have asbestos insulation so if you have to find some "workers" to come tear off the roof for you its probably best to spare your health just in case ( i dont know if that sounds right, but I probably tore out asbestos or worse without knowing just to make a fast dollar and I have no one to blame but society and myself) Back to the subject at hand.

Lets try to remember the purpose of seller financing despite all the calls from those who would like to limit it in todays society.

Try putting 10-15% of all the money you come across into a "fun" account and then use that account for whatever you feel like...no guilt :D One thing I caution you is that in our society a lot of people equate things with quality of life.
