I am a points junkie  so I guess unless I was going to rent some bad pad for a big group I just stick to hotels were I get my points.. same with air fare.. only fly on airlines were I get my points so I get to VIP status and free upgrades... but I fly a lot and I stay in hotels a lot..

so one of your 'slots' is eaten up with your personal house if financed.Getting approved for loans is a whole process unto itself...

However, we had to prequalify to even get on the VIP list.

It took him over a week to get back to me with some very narrow time slots during times of day I previously told him don't work for me.
