Everyone told me with so much to do on the day, best thing to do is get a high quality group to invest in and sit back. 

We have seen this from multiple STR owners (residentially zoned) who have had to sell and their STR sits on the market for months, maybe years, because investors don't want it and potential homeowners can't afford it. 

It could take many years, don't be like the "investors" I know who have been sitting on the sidelines since 2016 waiting for a market crash that never came. 

All this while I'm sitting outside, sipping my morning coffee, and deciding what I want to do for the day.
