What if your flip does not sell?

Purchase price was $190 and after rehab $375 selling price.

If you ask a banana farmer if bananas are good for you, he will tell you they are absolutely necessary to a healthy diet . . . and he happens to have some he can sell you.You asked if you need an LLC.

Having a new building to rent out or sell the units will be the nice part after the construction is done.  

It also isn't a great time to sell right now.

Wondering if you have advice on me just being the bank, where I purchase a house and structure a rent to own with him and have him build up a 30% cash down payment and some equity and then me sell the house to him at a locked in price.  

I used Roofstock to sell one of my rental properties in TX as their sales commission is lower than going through traditional sales channels. 

We have one other mobile home park and this property will determine my desire to buy more or sell.

Each of the 12 condos can sell for, at minimum, $130,000 meaning that the overall gross resale value of the building grows to $1,560,000. 

As far as the property, is there enough to sell if needed?
