Compared to Vegas and there is hardly any land left so you wont see the same dynamics to Vegas as you did in the Crash..

In a sellers market , I can see the sellers telling the buyers to just add the commission to the price or pay your buyer agent out of your pocket . 

Enjoy your reality my friend... just go to any ER on the west coast at about 5pm and you will see the HUGE drain on our finances.

Likewise, lenders usually don't see the note either. 

@Heather Watkins I prefer to see the posts where the investor is merely contemplating taking the steps you've taken rather than instances where they have already spent unnecessary time and expense on entity formation because we as a BP community can at try to steer the investor in the right direction.
