This really tugged at our heartstrings, especially because I remembered my own struggles during the 2009-2010 financial crisis.

I remember when Vacasa put out the same type of data and laughed when it showed one of my markets as a top 5 choice. 

But , remember you are NOT buying a brand new house .

Just remember: most negative reviews are written by problematic tenants.

A lesson to remember,  under the newer VA rules the cap (eligibility remaining) really only kicks in if you want a second property.

Remember, a lot of people have AAA or have a similar service with their insurance for a few dollars a month.
