Hi AaronI understand a rental has its own set of tax advantages as well, except they will accrue to me along the way (but spank me a bit on the end, *no pun intended*).Regarding the basic math, say I invest $100 per month each for this year, $120 per month throughout next year, $140 per month the year after, and so on for 15 years.
