18 month lease for $1750HOA dues are $205 (However this will be debited from the surplus in my account for about seven months!)

Did they reimburse you with checks or was there a joint credit/debit card? 

By the time I logged into my credit card site the transaction is there.2) If I pay via my debit card or pay my credit card (or cash) I don't have any fees as the consumer.

I have, however, had many sellers contribute to my buyer's closing costs - and in one recent sale (3-plex), I got the seller to cover ALL of my buyer's closing costs - which due to some large pre-paid taxes and insurance, totaled $16,000.

If need be, you could offer some incentives to the listing, 1 year home owner warranty, 1 year prepaid lawn maintenance etc.

I've paid for a U-Haul rental, prepaid for a few months storage, paid 2 weeks rent in a short term tenancy building, cash for keys etc.

@Bruce Woodruff - Does the free Wix version give you the ability to receive credit/debit card payments like via Stripe?

At start, my credit and debit were the problems, and I have diligently worked on getting my credit score corrected and now have about 6k saved up.
