I prefer no ice makers and when the last fridge with the broken icemaker (lease signed with it that way) dies they will get one without an ice maker. 

For those of you that also do 7 day minimums, what is your preferred strategy? 

I would prefer some green areas (but should be closer to beach) so that it still is attracted to STR.
