Hi Will,MY partners and I work in Upper Darby, Drexel Hill, Ridley Park, and Springfield.

Talk about how good the schools are, how close to the beaches or other attractions, Size/type of kitchen, ease of maintenance of swimming pool if in place or jet powered swim lane, Covered parking if so, etc. 

Tanning Salon, small Chiro or Acupuncture shop, Insurance office, Lot of parking space and visibility. 

(Rather than sell them and build 4 new models and parking spots.)It really shouldn’t matter?

I have a MHP and a TP I'm looking to assign, but have no idea where to look for buyers for them in Mississippi.Any one have any experience?

I am also dealing with them parking in my driveway. 

Well, if you are within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and Astoria Park and just 20 minutes from NYC, only one thing can make homeownership more special.
