I have a dispute over a roof replacement job in Elkhart, Indiana in that the roofer didn't obtain code of compliance as the inspector was unable to verify a couple of things about the roof because the roofer didn't organise time with the inspector before the shingles were put down.I am looking for a local attorney in Elkhart who understands such issues to help me out here.
